Preferred Packaging and Container, Inc has one of the most integrated industrial package manufacturing facilities in Arizona. This is due mainly to our ability to provide our customers with not only corrugated and wood outer containers, but also the exact foam interior packaging they require - all from our production facility. We have the largest foam-in-place operation in the Western U.S. with the capability of producing cushion packaging in excess of 100 cu.ft. per container. We also design and produce custom foam cushioning in urethane, polypropylene and polyethylene.

Die-Cutting and Fabrication

Our Foam Division can produce an amazing variety of cushion packaging designs using die-cut and fabricated polyurethanes (PU), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) materials. We have extensive foam fabrication equipment including hot-wire cutting and shaping systems, bun-saws as well as heat and glue assembly systems.

Foam-In-Place

Having the largest foam-in-place capacity in the Western U.S. allows us to serve many customers with cushion packaging where there is no other cost-effective solution. The stateof-the-art dispensing equipment allows us to produce accurate and efficient molded cavities for aerospace, medical and other specialized end users.
