What This Covers
Privacy Information covers Preferred 's treatment of nonpublic
personal information that we collect in connection with providing
you with Preferred financial products and services (such as
Preferred Online Account Access, Credit Card Payment and Preferred
Terms of Credit).
If you are an off-line user of a Preferred financial product
or service, we will continue to treat the nonpublic personal
information we collected from you in connection with our financial
products and services as described here.

and Use
Preferred collects nonpublic personal and corporate information,
such as your name, address, and social security number, company
name, address, state and federal tax ID's, and information
about you and / or your corporate assets, and income, from
you when you apply for, register for, or use a financial product
or service.
Preferred may collect nonpublic personal and corporate information
about you from our business partners, such as information
that you provide to them on applications or other forms.
Preferred may also collect nonpublic personal and corporate
information about your transactions with us, our business
partners, or others such as information regarding your use
of the financial products and services that we offer or information
necessary to provide those products and services to you.
In addition, Preferred automatically receives and records
information on our server logs from your browser including
your IP address, Preferred cookie information and the page
you requested.

Preferred will not sell or rent your nonpublic personal information
